Event aims to plot way forward on tackling acute poverty in Dublin’s inner city


Over 200 workers from the community, voluntary and statutory sectors are gathering to discuss and plot a way forward aimed at tackling acute poverty in the inner city. 

This is particularly pertinent following the recent budget which points to Government focusing less attention on the communities that are experiencing increasing poverty in Dublin.  The Inner City Partnership Forum is taking place to generate a debate on how to address the high level of persistent poverty concentrated in inner city communities.
