When getting your message out its not all about BBC, CNN & France24

When trying to get media coverage for your story the natural default is to target top international media like BBC, CNN & France24. While we have got substantial coverage over the years in these media it is important to consider some other less well known but equally important media. Especially if you are interested in reaching new audiences.

A recent example this is the story about the important work of the  Secrétariat international de l'eau - International Secretariat for Water (ISW) at the recent UN 2023 Water Conference in New York. We were lucky to be working on such a great project supported by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation and an equally ISW great team. 

With the support of Tuğba Altun we got a substantial report for ISW with the Turkish news agency AA. Their news story appeared in about 30 countries with Turkish speakers but they also publish in many other languages it even appeared in MSN Turkish
